Inspired by paradigms evident in nature: The swimming or meandering motions of fish provided the model for the incorporation of biomechanical movements into technical solutions for the development of our Conveying Wave Technologies.

We have innovated the peristaltic pump for use in efficient, technical solutions, for applications in the range of a few microlitres (µl) up to several litres.

The unique geometry of our pump chamber allows the use peristaltic motion sequences in a new way for the conveyance of liquids.

The pump chamber is composed of two components: a flexible diaphragm and a Stiff Counterside. The activation of the diaphragm, which creates a positive connection with the counter side, enables the conveyance of precisely metered media in a low shear forces.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Industrialisierung der CWT
  • Auslegung, Berechnung, Entwurf und Konstruktion von Pumpen auf Basis der CWT
  • Aufbau und Testung von Prototypen
  • Verifikation von Produktanforderungen

Stellenanforderung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich mechanische Konstruktion
